Local Tips
- •Altitude is 2,240m - expect to run 20-30 seconds per km slower at first. You'll adapt in 2 weeks.
- •Muévete en Bici closes Reforma to cars every Sunday 8am-2pm. Perfect for long runs.
- •Air quality can be terrible. Check pollution levels. Run early morning or in parks with trees.
- •Rainy season June-September means afternoon storms. Morning runs are drier.
- •Crime varies by neighborhood. Reforma, Polanco, Condesa, Roma are safest. Always run with crew at night.
