About RUN BRUM CREW
Run Brum Crew (RBC) is a free, community-led running crew founded in March 2019. Led by England Athletics-licensed run leaders, the group emphasises inclusivity, mental health and social connection over pure competition. RBC welcomes adults (18+) who can comfortably run at least 5 km, offers weekly evening crew runs through central Birmingham, and encourages post-run socialising and community outreach (including partnerships with Sport 4 Life UK).
