What to Expect
Expect a welcoming club run with ambassadors and pace groups, especially on the Saturday run. New runners are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, sign a waiver, and look for an ambassador with a "New? Talk to me!" sign. The club emphasizes safety and community, and notes that headphones, strollers, and furry friends are not permitted.
Leadership
The club says it has more than 500 members and 15 pace group leaders and coaches. Its runs are supported by coaches, pace leaders, and ambassadors. The organization was founded in 2001 and is a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation.
