About Seattle Frontrunners
Seattle Frontrunners is an LGBTQIA+ running and walking club that welcomes all athletic abilities, ages, and identities. It is all-volunteer and community-oriented, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, no-drop runs, and social connection before and after workouts. The club also has a long-running Pride event and supports local LGBTQIA+ nonprofits.

What to Expect
Expect an inclusive, welcoming group with runners and walkers of varied abilities. Newcomers can usually just show up, join a pace group, and finish with a post-run social at a nearby coffee shop, bar, or outdoor space. Some runs include a Caboose or similar no-drop support so nobody gets left behind.
Leadership
The club is all-volunteer and operates as a 501(c)(3) organization. Weekly pacer support and route sharing are coordinated through community channels, including a Facebook Members group and Heylo access for members.
