About SHE RUNS
A women-only running, walking and pilates community founded in January 2024 by Millie Rowley. SHE RUNS focuses on building female friendships, mental health and inclusive connection through weekly movement and social events. The club runs scenic, beginner-friendly meetups around central Sydney (the flagship Wednesday run loops St Mary’s Cathedral → Royal Botanic Gardens → Opera House → Harbour Bridge and finishes at AP Bakery, Surry Hills). SHE RUNS also offers weekly walks, ticketed pilates classes, merchandise, branded wellness events and a travel arm (She Travels) for women-only trips.

What to Expect
Friendly, inclusive, women-only meetups focused on social connection and wellbeing. For first-timers: arrive at the listed meeting point (e.g., St Mary’s Cathedral for the Wednesday run), expect a conversational, beginner-friendly pace, and a post-run coffee/pastry meetup at AP Bakery. Walks rotate locations and include icebreakers; these require registration via the Luma calendar. Pilates classes are ticketed and require prior sign-up.

Founded by Millie Rowley (UTS graduate) in January 2024. Millie is credited as the founder and public face of the community.
