A neighborhood-based running club on Manhattan’s Upper West Side that prides itself on an inclusive, supportive community. They host three runs a week – Tuesday 7am, Thursday 6:30pm, and Sunday 10am – often ending with social gatherings like coffee on Sunday mornings or beers after the Thursday evening run. All levels are welcome, from walkers to speedy runners, and the club emphasizes the joy of running and making friends over competition. Typical routes are 5–8 km through Central Park or Riverside Park. The club is free to join and is one of the largest social run groups in the area, known for its friendly vibe and “something for everyone” approach.
